SUFE meets Labour & Sinn Féin Education Spokespersons

Stand Up for Education was in Leinster House today to meet with Education spokespeople. The campaign met with Sinn Féin Education spokesperson Senator Pearse Doherty followed by Labour Education spokesperson Ruairi Quinn. The response from both candidates was very positive with both giving broad support to the campaign. Stand Up for Education has now met with the Green Party, Fine Gael, Labour and Sinn Féin Education Spokespersons to discuss the campaigns aims and objectives moving into 2010.
Supported by Aontas, Barnardos, the Irish Traveller Movement, Mandate Trade Union, the National Association of Principals and Deputy Principals, the National Parents Association for Vocational Schools and Community Colleges, the National Parents Council Post Primary, OPEN and SIPTU.
